Define and Document
We will work with your to document your Assets, Operating Systems, and current Applications so that we are able to determine what work is required to integrate a solution into your current environment
Based on your unique requirements and desired outcomes, we will design a solution and Mobile app which is rapidly deployable. We will identify any integration work necessary and work with your current vendors to integrate our solution into your current systems
Solution Deployment / Field Testing
Upon approval, we provide full deployment services of the solution. As part of the deployment, field testing is completed to validate that all agreed deliverables that are part of the project are met.
Working with your leadership and project team we will determine which training approach will work most effective for your staff. We are able to support both a Train the Trainer approach or have dedicated trainers available to run live sessions at your facilities. We deliver what will work most effectively for your staff.
